Dr. Ben Carson
Dr. Benjamin S. Carson, Sr., M.D., is the Founder and Chairman of the American Cornerstone Institute, dedicated to promoting the foundational principles of faith, liberty, community, and life. He previously served as the 17th Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. With a remarkable career in pediatric neurosurgery, Dr. Carson performed the first separation of craniopagus twins conjoined at the back of the head.
Dr. Carson has also received numerous honors, including the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation's highest civilian honor, and the NAACP Springarn Medal. He co-founded the Carson Scholars Fund, recognizing academic excellence and humanitarian achievements in young people. Dr. Carson is a Yale graduate, a renowned author, and a proud parent with a legacy of philanthropy.
